The aim is to strengthen individual resilience and reduce stressors in the environment.
Stress can be of exogenous or endogenous origin. Both eustress (“positive stress”) and disstress (“negative stress”) are physiologically stressful. Stress symptoms are diverse and can occur individually or together and in varying degrees of severity. Examples include: nervousness, irritability, sleep disorders, exhaustion and even burn-out, cognitive disorders, loss of libido, irritable bowel syndrome, headaches, susceptibility to infections, chronic muscle tension.
We can measure the individual level of stress in the body using heart rate variability (HRV) with the HRV scanner in 10 minutes. Further laboratory tests can be consulted. Therapeutic options are recommended. Particularly noteworthy here is the altitude training in our practice, which has a direct effect on stress regulation.
